The net price of each product can be determined using several pricing formulas, taking the gross price of the item as a starting point then allowing for discounts, surcharges, sales tax etc.

Generate invoices
A sale typically starts life as a draft order, which provides a customer with prices, discounts and terms of sale of products. If the customer accepts the draft order, the invoice can be sent automatically to the customer’s email address. Whether used to formalize a physical or a financial transaction, the sales order invoice is the cornerstone of the sales management functionality.
Manage RMA
When a customer returns a product, for whatever reason, the return merchandiseauthorization (RMA) module can handle a product return in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.Runs Business As One Enterprise.

A customer can be offered a subscription to a product or service based on a subscription plan that is allocated to the customer profile/Type. The subscription module enable to customize different subscription plans, subscription duration, subscription active start date to allow users to select right plan at the time of selling.
